As with most multi-hundred dollar programs, they come with manuals.
Read the manual.
If you were crafty enough to obtain this program without spending the multi-hundreds of dollars, then you should be crafty enough to figure out how to use it.
If your not that crafty, being that it is a multi-hundred dollar program, you can probably find a tutorial book in a book store.
Photoshop can do over a million different things which is why it is a multi-hundred dollar program. Just an FYI, Photoshop was originally developed by Industrial Light and Magic for use in movie special effects. So you can imagine how deep of a program it is. So when you ask for a tutorial on how to use it, you need to be ALOT more specific about what you want to do.
If you've never used an image editor, then you definately need a book or you need to do alot of internet tutorial reading just to get familiar with what is possible.
Most internet tutorials you'll find are for creating web images or for doing a specific function. But the one below is a really good one for beginners.
