Arena Other Clear Night

This map is an extension of BooT's original Checkmate map. This map includes support for the new multiteam Arena support and such is a four team map(hence the title).

Including with this map is custom script designed for this map. There is a multicolor script which will change the colors for each respective team. Further there is an rather harsh anti-sniper script included as well. Both of which can be disabled in the FourWayCheckMate.mis file by setting $FourWayCheckmate::multiTeam = false; and $FourWayCheckmate::sniper = true; for the multicolor and sniping scripts respectively.

The problem with the original Checkmate was that people stood on top of the base's and constantly sniped. I was trying to eliminate that by creating the bridges on the outside. Unfortunatly those bridges turned into sniper havens themselves. The last viable option was to disable sniping entirely to make it a decent map. Which I did in the scripting, yet it is up to the server admins whether or not the anti-sniper script is enabled. I think for the most part that 3 team arena maps will be better than 4 team maps.

no-grade. However, this map is horrid, sry. But it takes two hours just to finish one game, literally. Theres also a spawn bug, teams spawn ALWAYS uneven, say for instance it'll be 8v5v3v1. Nice idea, horrid map. Just had to rant somewhere, its in the rotation of 5150 arena currently, and has been for the last three weeks.
