Deadmarshes is the 3rd map I've created. I is a very fast and evil map, on an open plain with water everywhere.
A tower in the middle (sorry Nefilim!) is the hub of the map, although there are weapon and health caches around the perimiter.
I have an interesting new way around those annoying OOBers. Previously, lightning made sure that no-one ventured beyond boundaries, but now, I've made a better, non-violent way to keep players in...
*Its just not the same!
A friend of mine commissioned me to make some maps for a large LAN party he's throwing--
One central base with 4 Inv Stations and 4 easy access Ammo Stations and a few outlying bunkers to a quick health boost.
And as an added bonus I threw in some Missile Turrets to make things interesting.
For mappers: This demos a modified Forcefield which allows TVs and monitors with up to five frames of animation. /scripts/tvscreen.cs is well documented to help create your own versions. Like FFs, the screens are connected to a generator and thus can be turned off. Included graphics are a Matrix-like one, a dancing girl, and the T2 intro.
I hope this comes in handy to add a little life to your maps!

Once a peacefull planet, it is now being faught over. war has broken out and lasted for centuries.
The flags are approxomatly 1500m apart, with a capturable objective in the center called "The Temple". in the middle of the map, The Temple is guarded by 3 mortar turrets, and inbetween the teams is another mortar. having control of The Temple will give the Offence an upper hand. at the front of each base is a plasma turret for forward protection. each team has 2 inventory stations. the flag is guarded by an elf turret.
Well this is my first city atemp. My next one will be much much better. But I mise well test what people think of this one first.
Well their are bases for CTF. they are like a big 4 or 5 story apartment. With a vehicle station. And about 4 invos.
If you are missing anything please tell me. Its hard to keep track of what to put in and stuff if you have all this other crap kicking around.
Hello. Finnaly got this map to work right after Bytor informed me that things were getting weird. *Thanks Bytor* Anyway this is my first try at a TR2 map. It's a larg map but going down the middle will only take seconds to through the flag in the goal. If you get it just right. If not, the enemy will be right over you. Very hilly terrain. I tried for big size and a fast ride. That's my say on it. Hope it works out.
Hello again! Another rabbit map TRON style. Everything is in the open. and the map is a BIG one. 24 square size. SO everyone have alot of room to run and jump. but dont worry, I used ATF_abirikcham's POD script for it butt his time it will spawn scout vehicles. THANKS, ATF_abirikcham!! Bots work great, till a distance. BUT they will kill you if you get to close. 3 spawn areas, with 14 scouts each to start with, just to make sure everyone is not left running. and if you do crash/ get killed you can find a pod/s throughout the map. And it should make a good swist on the old rabbit game type.
This once beautiful outflung StarWorlf world was taken by the Derm forces during it's inhabitant's tenure in the war. The snowfields were turned to vast mining tracts, with bridges marring the view and pollution clouding the sky. The Bioderms had left by the time the humans returned, but that didn't make the loss any more bearable.
The atmosphere of this map is dark, and perhaps forboding.
