Disable certain weapons on mission start

I want to make it where the players will only start out with the chaingun and the blaster, I don't want them to have the spinfuser. It's a CTF map and it needs to be kept SS. Any help...

lol, it's a small map like a paintball setting, spinfusers and grenade launchers will suck the fun out of the game. It's not a blaster only map, it'll have plasma and chaingun. I found some information from Dr. P (where is he hiding out nowadays anyways?) we'll see how it works out.

I'm working on a small open area map and was wondering how I could change the number of 4 landspikes to be deployed to 6 by default... Any ideas?
