Capture the Flag

Capture the Flag Lush Clear

Pianistese III. A long-held Diamond Sword world, this was one of the first planets taken from the Blood Eagle in a grand-scale military campaign nine decades ago. As the front moved further away, this planet's defenses shrank to almost nothing. Now the Blood Eagle have returned in a rear area raid, to claim a foothold for their crusade of vengeance.

Notes: Capturing the flag requires more than a lone scout or a very poor enemy defense. Steep valleys may conceal temporarily parked vehicles.

Capture the Flag Desert Clear

On a barren planet orbiting a red dwarf star, the endless sands of an equatorial desert conceal a secret Phoenix training camp.

Vehicle pads are equipped with force fields to prevent easy kills by enemy shrike pilots. Tanks, MPBs, and gravcycles are only available via the objective vehicle pad. No known bugs.

Polaris is a Server Side map with a few unique qualities about it. The flag can be very hard , still very possible, to grad with the solar panels up that power the Force Fields. With the FF down the flag is wide for the taking. There are 4 gens per team and they are placed right in the middle of two vehical pads. Solar panels power Force Fields that will keep the gens safe. With the FF down the gens are very easy target

The bases are alittle over 1km apart and the Visability is 600m. Very smooth terrain will make for some good duels midfield.

Enjoy.

Lake Devlon is your basic map for CTF. Destroy the solar panels on top enemy base to get in it, and then take out the main generators. Simple enough of course. Take a look at the bases, they use blue force fields. Those do not go down. Why? In my terms: it looks bad when they go down.

Well I'm on Christmas break and all snowed in here at Indiana so I figure what better way to spend my time then makes a map for good ol' Tribes2.

And here it is, the much antisipated, Serenity!

The bases are 410m apart, Visable distance is 275m, the flag sits whide open on a platform above the front vehical pad the defense will need to be on there toes here at all times, there are 2 turrets to help protect your base, and 2 vehical stations.

Simplistic CTF which consists mainly of killing and capturing... No inventory stations, but all packs but sensor jammer and turrets can be found, incluing sensors which can help since their is hilltops all over which make a good spot for a pulse sensor, and motion sensors can be deployed to restrict cloakers in the area. No buildings, but each base has some energy packs, 2 laser rifles, various grenades, mines, health kit, 2 shield packs, pulse and motion sensor packs, and a repair pack.

Capture the Flag Badlands Clear

Planet L-4795 is a remote desert world rich in precious minerals and fuel ores. The bioderm horde had recently landed and set up two refineries in the area when they were suddenly overwhelmed by five Diamond Sword dropships. The 'derms didn't stand a chance and were quickly annihilated by the Sandrakers' superior numbers and technology. Now the refineries are a prize to be taken by the strongest human tribe.

A century ago, the bioderm horde bombarded the Starwolf colony on Tamroque IV with thousands of fusion mortars. The human colonists were vaporized, and the ice age that had gripped the planet for thirty centuries came to end. The outer edges of the old Starwolf base remain, as well as a sensor outpost that was spared by the bioderms for its usefulness as a reconnaissance tool.

Flags are around 1500m apart, along with rolling hills and an objective at midway...
Bases are pretty big and their vehicle stations are defended on 3 sides from bombers, they are protected with a plasma turret which is on the ceiling of the entrance, and are linked to the ground by a big ramp.
Main base is similar to the one in Starfallen... just some different arrangements with the generators and inventory stations... and they are on huge platforms...
