First, you are using textures from two different .WADs. Second, it compiled fine for me (once I fixed the texture thing). I would bet $100 that you missed something in the setup. Reread my instructions posted in my mappers guide (its in the Custom Stuff Guide).

ok got the settings fixed so it at least will convert the images n junk to the file i want, however the problem is that when i click go it opens the online T2 and asks for login, after that it kinda freezes. Wha'd i do wrong now?

You probably forgot to add "-nologin" to the parameters of the 3rd command.

Would T2 allow that? I was going to say it wouldn't... but I have never tested it.

map2dif has its own .fgd file, you can't use the same one as morain. should be able to get that off GG site as well as setting it up with WC.
I've Exported a few test object for T2,so i know it works. Just a bit of a hassle getting it to work with Hammer. Since all BSP editors are EVIL.
