I'd say there'd be CS/SS map, but if u look at the size of TV maps......
Emerald MP @ 11 mb, Emerald Texture @ 41.8 mb. I can c TV map getting way to big for many players using modem, if new map are all custom, an DL for map would take 4 ~ 5 days for the averager modem user. If u goto a server with auto DL on a modem the player would never get to play. I found in the default.ini a line to turn off DL, this is a must for modem users....

That's only assuming you create totally new sets of textures, which ordinarily you wouldn't have to.

There isn't really such a thing as serverside maps anymore right? It's really just a matter of how much you have to download (the map and any associated files like textures).
And how does T:V hold up on dial-up? I am scared to try mine since unreal on dial-up was a flop.

It's a map database for all game systems and the Tribes2 and Tribes:Vengeance were recently added to the list of systems it is actively supporting.
Just thought I'd post to say that even if someone else has already volunteered, I'd love to add all of the maps listed here to Mapraider. I'll send you a private message just in case you're not actively reading this thread anymore

FYI, the map database will be moving to ... the forums probably will too, provided the conversion utility works.
This will happen some time after thanksgiving.
