Something I would like to see...

I would like to see more new textures made. There is a considerable amount that can be done with base textures. But so much more can be done with new textures.

There have been some very good terrain textures and skys made. But more so I would like to see textures for building uses.

So. I am hereby encouraging anyone with texture creating experience to make some new textures (stuff that fits with T2 is preferable). Even if it is just 2-3. This would be really nice.

There a million more sites that have free textures. I have like 15 wads that i've DL'd that have awesome textures that you can convert for T2.

I have looked through alot of those Savage. But haven't found any real... um... shall we say "tech" textures. But I will continue to look. Its just that most of the wads made for HL/Quake/UT tend to be warehouse/gothic/stone/rusty/modern. Not stuff that fits with Tribes too well. Thats why I am asking if some Tribes players with texturing experience would help expand "Tribes'" part of the "texture world".

Well... checked those links. Nothing interesting. Checked their links. Nothing interesting.

I have found about 14 textures that I might use. And most of them are ice/cliffs I may use for an ice cave.[/edit]
