Computer Display

Recently, I went texture searching through the web. I found some pretty cool stuff and have used some of it, but one thing I never found was a good set of computer displays. So I figured, hey, I can use Photoshop pretty well, why not put some stuff together myself? So I spent a few hours and this is what I came up with. I figured I would post it here if you guys wanted to use it too.

BTW, these will be in the map I am making right now (called Foothill). As well, they will be part of a tunnel system that I will release after I have finished my map. Don't know when that will be, as I do have to work and sleep Anyway, it will include all the parts of a tunnel plus 4-5 rooms that fit nicely in with them.

Anyway, Ill upload a screenshot first, then post the zip with the 4 textures.

Yup. This is the type of texture T2 lacks most.

i think it looks great!

my favorite stuff is on the left - the panels that look like cam-views of the map, and then the thing that looks like a CC display.

my least favorite is the display with the human, on the far right. it looks nice, but just conceptually that seems like it would belong in a medical lab rather than a battle center?

anyway, real slick, i like it.

Hehe.. Nycto.. I am using the same textures as you do..

I am thinking, some one should make a textures pack (a.vl2 file) of these cool textures and share it. I bet most mappers use the same custom textures on their maps. It is pain in the ass if we download the same textures over and over again.. If there is a fixed custom textures pack, we only have to download the map but not the textures..

It is good for mappers (don't have to pack the textures)and gamers (don't have to download the same textures).
