I am using photo shop pro 6.... Finally got around to it.. : )
I usually jsut do a search thru the internet for good sites.. : )

There's a thread in this very forum in which 25 links to texture pages were posted. I'm not going to post a link or mention the name of that thread, though, because it's very easy to find via a forum search.
With regard to the second question, any image editing software does the job. Photoshop and PSP are the most widely used.

thought I'de seen them all but I was amazed when i found this one the other day:
High resolution digital images
most of these are not seemless youll have to take care of that yourself, I was gonna work on some in the near futer maybe ill postem 4 u all when I do. Someone mentioned wanting the textures for the classic maps (Scarebrae and Broadside) that dint make it into the patch.
