Installing a map: a nice little tut

Well, since common sense isn't common anymore i thought id put a little tutorial about installing a map. Here goes:

OK, download the .vl2 file for the map.....alright now comes the hard part
put the .vl2 file in your Tribes2\Gamedata\Base folder. OK ur done!

I have installed the vl2 files to my tribes2\gamedata\base directory and when I try to load one of the maps I get an error saying that the texture files cannot be loaded. What next?

sometimes that happens, usually it happens on client side maps where the mapper forgot to include either the wad file or the custom textures.
