.png to .jpg

This is the only issue that's keeping me from submitting my first map. All my screenshots are in .png, but they need to be in .jpg. Is there any free, legal program I could use to change them? Should I already have one on my computer? It's running Win 98. There may be one included, but if so, I can't find it...

Paint should do it. Any image editor that supports PNG can also do it.

What I do is open the png in quicktime image viewer. Then I copy it, and paste it into paint. Then save as jpg.

I dont know what program your using to view it, but the operation should be somehwat similar if it doesnt save as jpg by itself.

Paint opens .png's just fine then you can save as a .jpg
