Idea!

I have an idea for bran-spankin new map. My idea is to have a warzone frozzen in time with loads of player armors laying all over the place and some bases fused together to make a giant battleship. I've been playing with this idea for quite a while and i'm almost ready to start the real mapping! Give me some feedback on your opinion of this idea or some tips you may have to make the map better.

I've fused together many great serverside bases. I've made a very nifty looking Battleship, a destroyer, and an Aircraft Carrier. The battleship is kind of laggy, but the other 2 are great. Spent many hours making them. Now if only I could put them in a map without having stupid errors like spawnsphere glitches or terrains jumping around.

I pointed out this link to Mathias Black regarding a map he is working on but thought I'd pass it onto Tortus as well.

Look at by: Sigma. It's a fun twist on Siege style maps with a navel theme as well. Check it out I think you'll find both ideas and insperation.

Also sounds like the film, "Manhatten Project". Maybe check out the movie for ideas as well. If nothing else, it's a cool movie.

I have DLed Pearl Harbor, I didn't like it too much though, too many generators to destroy. I am also planing on useing WC to make the battleships, even some of the ships will be sinking into lava!:D
