Uh, 2 giant space cruisers, with floating asteroids could be done. Gravity around a planet... could not. You'd fall off underneath.

Tribes 2 was meant to be a land game hense the gravity only goes in one direction and terrain can't be done to overlap on itself. It is possible to create a platform where the player would be albe to "walk" upside down, using an array of forcefields that push the player into the platform, however it would not be very practical.
