I was think the map paranoia would be a great idea to make for Tribes 2. Or all the Maps in Aerial Assault. What u think? Anyone up for it?

Well Aerial Assault is a port off the Ps2. What references would you need? I'd do anything for these maps and feel Tribes 2 would really benefit off the addition of these maps. Please let me know if i can help.

I have some pictures but i dont know how to upload them to this page so you can see. I'd also be willing to send you the game or take a bunch of screenshots if your serious about this so you could see the maps you need too. Or an email i could send them to. you know.. I wonder how similar Aerial Assault is to T2. Does it use the same file formats? (dts, vl2 etc) If so porting stuff would be as easy as copying the files from the DVD. If not, they're probably compressed somehow.. It would be too much work for VU to re-encode all the data files for a simple port.
(IDK, I don't have T:AA)
As a side note, i wonder how hard it would be to get AA to talk to a regular T2 server...

I have the game its in CD format with blue back for PS2. I can send it out or the send the bin cue for analysis if anyone would like. Please let me know i think this would be cool! Thanks

golarth tribes AA is ALOT differnt then T2 for the PC, the PS2 version is missing alot of stuff and is vastly differnt both in controls, how servers are setup, items, vehicles and just about everything
i dont have the game but i have played it a bit, not a terribly bad game but after playing on the PC it just doesnt seem as good
