There are three levels in this base..
The top level has the Generator.
The middle level has an inventory.
The bottom level has three inventories + repair pack.

When the generator goes down, all exterior exits are sealed with team only forcefields, all levels are seperated with forcefields, and the team has a 50/50 chance at spawning on the lower/middle level.

That way.. no matter who destroys the forcefield, they're contained safely away from spawning players, who have the repair pack+ rearming capabilities.
