It sounds like it needs water around it being alcatraz and such 
Looks detailed. it really depends on what interiors you want to use as to terrain.

i never really looked at all the terrain but if you kinda want a flat like ground then use the archipelego or Reversion if you want it lumpy then try the 1st training mission terrain.
