my server for my website is quite annoying, till they sort out some bugs there's not much I can do as far as communication, and I refuse to use EZBoards or bravenet. If anybody else is still interested frop a line...

Im down. I suppose i could cram in some time to help you with your mod, between helping Scaled One with his machinima and working on my map. And school, i guess it still have to put time aside for that .

BTW, i have an incomplete mod that i put together a long time ago. Theres some pretty cool stuff you might want to put in it. For example, I made a "car bomb" deployable that you can place on enemy vehicles. When the enemy mounts it, the car bomb goes off like a satchel charge!

I also tried to concentrate on team-oriented mod features. I made a pack that, when activated, places 4 inventory stations around the user. The user cannot move or use the inventory when its activated, but he instantly becomes useful to his teammates. I also have a word .doc full of cool ideas that i never employed.

What I really would like to see is some sort of "experience" system. That was my main goal in my mod, to allow players to gain rank with kills. I never was able to figure out how to work it though. Players would have access to more weapons as they level up. This creates the incentive to play more often to find new features. If the mod is constantly updated, players could always have something new to try out.

Sorry for the long post, but Im just throwing a bunch of ideas around. A community mod is kind of exciting.

I might be able to set something like this up. Depends though...I tend to be lazy even on my own projects.

The website doesnt load for me. I tried pinging it, but the request timed out, so i would venture to say its a server issue .
