And the Simian Samurai Studioes group (I think I'll just call it SSS from now on) is free to anyone who wants to help. The only requirement is that you have some sort of contributable skill, otherwise you'll just have to be in the beta tester pool or something.

Oh, and don't get too hyped up with the mention of Torque, we won't be using it for our first project, we need ssome practice before we start laying out the dough.

DB error with the server when I try to upload it. I could upload it to my space but when you d/l it it changes into a zip file after d/l

i know very little about C++ and what they use on the game engines. and im not much help for scripting in general... but i know HTML like the back of my hand and a little php and could defiantly help with a hosted website and forum

Well, ive completely changed the terrain around for my map. Now, Ive decided to go with an evil set of glaciers . Should give a pretty good "stranded" feeling when the bioderm come rushing across the ice plains.






Now, on to create a custom sky for it...

you should make a interors for the glaciers because people could get stuck inbetween them and the terrain.

Not to be nitpicky because that looks great but...how is that geologicly possible?

Well a lot of them look just like big ice sheets (the thinner ones) but the thicker ones with snow on them do look slightly stange to me too.

Er.. I assume you're talking about the things in the water.

Well it looks like there's mountains along with a busted up glacier. I'm trying to figure out how that one's possible.
