Thought about that Lt, but the only delete functions are called in mission end, and this happens on a fresh server start. The fact that it only happens when AI is involved leads me to believe there is some sort of game memory cap as AI will use alot of that memory when initialized, and therefore this problem won't be encountered in base as base was designed to handle the AI memory with the amount of datablocks it has in it. I guess I can try adding the full amount of bots the update allows (32 - me) and see what happens in order to test my theory.

What effect would the editing of lance, sniper, cloak, and the like items do (if deleted via a scripts/autoexec file) to bots/server operations?

Where does one go to edit the ai files so that they don't try to invo these items and cause glitches?
