Yes it is the actual lyric's to the Weird Al song. It's a parody of a Puff Daddy song. I bought the DVD that has all of Weird Al's Video's on it. There's like 26, I have been listening to his work's for year's now. He started in the mid 80's with a song called Another one ride's the bus. It's a parody of Queen's Another one bite's the Dust. Weird Al does a lot of Parodies. He's hilarious he's done some song's about Star War's that are awesome. He is an extremely funning guy!!! 
You have to see the Video, it has Drew Carry and Emo Phillips in it. 2 very funny comedian's in there own right's. I died laughing watching this video, fell off the couch in the process. I've proably watched this video at least 50 time's since i bought the DVD last week!
Just reading the Lyric's it's funny as hell but to see Weird Al singing it and Emo Phillip's playing this dorky guy sitting at his junky computer and then Drew Carry acting like a nut while Al is singing....................it's priceless!!!
My favorite line's

I phone him up at home and I make him do my tech support
I should do the world a favor and cap you like Old Yeller
You're just about as useless as jpegs to Hellen Keller <---this is where weird Al is dogging out the Emo Phillips character!!!

I believe that your says "Etch-A-Sketch" on the side <--- *you see Emo Phillips grab an etch-a-sketch from the screen of his monitor and shake it up!!!*
Weird Al has i think around 100 song's if i remember correctly most of them are song's that he's gotten permission from artist's to use the music and he make's them into funny song's with the original artist's music. Every single one of his song's are funny. It would take me too long to describe them all. If anyone is interested here is a link to his website.
