Adding Bots

Is there anyway to add bots in maps that don't have bots available? (The maps that already exist):confused:

I can't see why you couldn't simply open the maps in the editor and build the bot support. Of course anybody joining your server would have to download the "revised" map in order to play it.

actually they wouldn't have to download. bots are serverside.

I thought Bytor or PJ mentioned a consol command to enable bots on a non bot map. I bet there pretty dumb though! THE BOTS NOT BYTOR AND PJ!!!

That would add 12 bots. You could of course hardcode the AI levels instead of using the range specified by the global $host variables.

This will only spawn the bots, it won't make them do anything useful. They still need a nav graph and objectives before they will do anything other than defend themselves against direct attack.
