Did you exit and restart? The game needs to rebuild the missionlist, checking for the presence of a nav graph

Here is the simple way:
Have the editor Build AI Objectives. Then build the LOS Graph, then the BOT Graph. Then save. Then restart. This will give you basic BOT support.

I have this prob with the fact that I build the objectives and the other teams objectives are like deleted :/

When you "Build Objectives" it automatically builds for both teams. If after you have objectives and you hit build again it messes up and deletes some if not all of them.
To fix this you must delete "ALL AIOBJECTIVES" and their "SIM GROUPS" including team "0". From the AI editor and the "World editor". Then save mision with no "AI Nothing in it". And hit build again. If you already build the NAV and LOS you will not have to do that again unless you moved stuff (like buildings, trees, rocks or the terrain). After you build objectives you save the mission, completely exit Tribes 2 and then restart to see your bots
If you add any more objectives after that like "Deploy Turrets" keep in mind that the bot uses the "Y" to aim and place. Just stick the "Y" into the wall or ground and you should be fine.
