BOTS IN VEHICLES

If you (or another bot) asks for an AIOEscortPlayer (a helper) and you get in a Vehicle the Bot Escorter gets in too (if there is an empty seat). The problem is that in a Bomber or a Tank the Turrets seat is a Sitting Down Position and some times the Bot Mounts standing up in that seat (looks lame and is not exceptable). Sometimes he Mounts correctly and then Stands Up half way though the flight to look at his watch (simulates Bot checking the Command Map).

I have fixed him from checking the Command Map (his watch) if the Bot is Mounted in a seating position. This flaw was in the scripts for AIOEscortPlayer, when it tells the Bot to StepEscort the TargetCient (thats you if you say 'VGH' HELP! to a Bot). Obviously the command StepEscort does a whole bunch of things inside Tribes2.exe that we have no control over and only can guess at how it works.

I have also discover that the reason he sometimes mounts the Turret seat standing up. See Dynamix did a little cheating sometimes when it came to Bots and this is one of those cases:

When a bot trys to Mount a Vehicle the conventional way (Getting on like Players do). The game cheats and says if the Bot has Collided anywhere with the Vehicle, then just stick him in the next availible seat. I thought they did this cheat because Bots have a hard time flying up to the exact location to Mount the Seat (like Players Do). I have discover that the reason they did this little cheat was because if the Bot acually does (by some stroke of luck) manage to get to the exact spot to Mount the Seat correctly. He gets Mounted in the Standing Up Position. But if he Collides with (lets say) the side of the Vehicle. The cheat kicks in and mounts the Bot Correcty. I have two choices (and will probably try both), either tell the Bot wanting to Mount the Vehicle to Smack into the side or back of the VehicleObject (Dynamix Bot Cheat will Mount Bot correctly). Or have to rewrite the Scripts that check for Players (real people) mounting Vehicles as to not do it this way if Player isAiControlled.

Just do the Hit-Mount think, stop them from standing up tho
