Bot help.

[Challenge offline]

I recently enabled bot support for my new/upcomming map. I did everything in which I was supposed to, and everything seems to be going good except for one thing: some bots go attack the generators, some bots go and capture the enemy flag, but others just stand there and yell out commands, or stand there and don't do anything at all. How do I make the standing bots do something, and why aren't they doing something like the other's are?
I am new to bot support, so please bear with me here. I don't know how to set custom objectives, so help me out.

1.) It is not running Classic, it is normal.

2.) I have concluded that one teams bots work, but the others do not. Why is this?

3.) My map requires the generators to go down before one can attack/capture the enemy flag. How can I make the bots go for the generators, and then the flag. How can I make it so that the always attack the generators over attacking the flag?
