Water Blocks and FF have been a big problem for the Bots. Heres is what you do. Study my map No Quarter and see how I placed Triggers inside and outside of the FF. I also do a bunch of scripting that asks if the gens that power ff are up and client has not past the inside ff (Bot.inBase = false) than don't go for targets that are in the base like (nameToId("Team2GeneratorLarge1")). But if the bot has enter the base and touched the inside trigger than he should not go for targets that are outside the base like (nameToId("Team2TurretBaseLarge1")) and is then allowed to rape the inside base stuff. It takes a little planning and alot of scripting (not hard just adding lines to AIOObjective::Weight for all the objective scripts. Again if you can figure out how I did No Quarter than you will have some FF avoiding bots.
sounds messy. so if i did need to do this, i would hide the objective from the bot if it was behind an ff?
i have absolutely no experience with trigger scripting. I think ill just leave this out of my sledgehammer project unless a talented (nudge, nudge) scripter would be able to do it for me or at least assist
