aggressive? you mean for the "not to attack until they're hurt" thing... they're actually supposed to be a lot more aggressive than they are. this is code based.... ai improvement is only available in code...
Bot Max Skill is 1.0 from what I have seen. I have tried 2.0 and 1.2 but didn't notice any diferance. But that just makes difference mostly with the Bots Aimming Skill. Bots set to 1.0 are deadly with their aim higher than that is not needed. But you could modifiy the Bots choice of weapons and modify the range to use them and make them much much better playing bots.

bots are always deadly with their aim. i think they're actually made to the max level, then dumbed down by, for example, not finding and destroying mines, or not using their health kit etc. I think the game does some sort of calculation as to if the bot is smart enough to fire at the perfect spot or it deliberately makes the bot miss.
i have been shot out of the air on several occasions by a bot on the most noob level.
