Well... I believe he once said something about "cheating" on the bot graph. You'd put a plug, sized to fit the crate, in the same place as the crates in question, run the graph, then remove the plugs.

I found 1 thing that may work, while working with rollercoster an placing crates in the main base to get the bot out of the base instead of humping the inside walls an doing the nav graphic, then deleting the crates, I just moved the hole base a nudge over an redid the nav graphic without any crates, now no need to placing the crates, they work without doing all that. Gonna try moving the crates just a tad to see if it's just there placement.

Some of the crates will not get reconized by the NAV Graph. I Try to avoid using them, or you can do the Plug thing trick.
