how can i make weapons and stuff like that i want to make some good stuff. can anyone help me?

If I understand your question correctly then the answer is: To make weapon or player skins you only need a good graphics editor ( I use photoshop). Most people learn by recoloring other peoples skins or the originals (can be found by unzipping the textures.vl2 in your base folder).

If you want to make new weapons... you will need a 3D modeler. The only ones that work with T2 (that we know of) are 3DSMax and Milkshape 3D. 3DS of course costs major $$$.

Alternately... you could use the existing models with new affects. In that case, try some scripting sites.
