How do I creat a .wad file?

I have Wally anyone know how to use it? I noticed there are some new textures in the ClassicMaps.vl2 file. So these textures are already in everyones texture folder. How do I creat a .wad file and add it to WorldCraft so I can build custom interiors with it???
