How do I get unbanned from the server?

I was banned from Snap Crackle Pub by ZuMie, or a name similar to that. I only saw the name briefly before it disappeared and I was kicked off the server. How long does a ban last, and why was I banned? I was playing flag and base defense at the time, just minding my own business really. I can only assume that someone else was the intended target of the ban. How do I contact an admin?
