Modifying Energy Repair Rates

I just finished creating a heavy-based CTF/DM/CnH map. Everyone spawns as heavy with an energy pack, but I'd still like to double the capacity of the energy pack OR double the repair rate (how fast it replenishes). I searched for "Energy Repair" and the only half-useful thing I was returned with was .

I have a feeling this will lead back to creating custom script packages, but I'm about as dense as a rock when it comes to that. How can I create a custom package that will do one of the two options above?

Energy Packs don't have a capacity. They just increase the "recharge rate" of an armor. Recharge rate will control how quickly an armor will fill its energy gauge.

When an armor spawns, it is given a default recharge rate of 0.256. The only time this number changes during normal gameplay is when the Energy Pack is picked up. The Energy Pack adds the variable EnergyPackImage.rechargeRateBoost, which is set to 0.150, to the armor's current recharge rate. So, in conclusion:

Increase the number of that variable, but don't go too high or players might stay in the air forever.
