Max .mis size, S.S. scaling, teleporter code

These will be short questions.

1) I've balloned a .mis to 144kb. It's a DM lush on organics and I seem to have lost my packs and possibly weapon placements. I don't think it's due to me picking them up at one point in the game, but they dissappeared. I'm not sure what that stripfields thing I heard about dose when you want to keep adding to a .mis as I'll need to add guns and packs even if the stripfields allows my .mis to work.

2) I have a lot of scaled objects and structures in this map and am working on a level with scaled objects to make a base that is a big tank. Are these actions severside?

3) I know where to get the teleporter code, but is there a place where I'd need to put it if I downloaded it?

I understand the teleporter extension bit from Flying Elmo's "Opposites Attract" mission

Also, I'm going to try to export a mission soon to my old 98 PC to try to accomplish spawngraphs (as Sfphinx said to use 98 or below). So I'm expecting to make a finished product once I finish these few things out and people can test some of my maps. Also thinking of a mapper clan. But not too sure (instead of map by: [NAME] it'd be map by: [Clan's Name].)

1) I tired dos on both my pc's (aka the run option) and I don't get jack. I'll the the los thing then graph option tactic next. If it dosen't work, you'll be first to know, cus if I can't make graphs I'll be needing others to do it for e, which then means I might as well not map.

2) The packs aren't there, and I placed and even locked them down. I dunno where they went, and I'm affraid I'm going to loose more stuff.

3) I'm going to try to get the tank done for now.

1) it doesnt freeze. it just takes a long time. i usually take 2-4 hours in total to make nav, spawn and los. the music will cut out once it finishes playing the track while its compiling, but will come back once compiling is finished. go and have something to eat while this happens, the sound will tell you that its ready to build the next graph.

2) d/w about putting them in different groups. deleting thier parent simgroup deletes whatevers in the simgroup, no questions asked.
