Ok, first of all I want a how-to guide for doing teleporters. it seems the automatic script one in the tools things website is down. second of all i wanted to know if you can slice parts of objects off or go through objects with anotherone. and can you have a tunnel go into the ground without the ground disrupting it. If you any idea please tell the most important thing i wana know is the teleportation thanks!

no, you cannot cut objects, but you can connect them ingame. but you can cut the terrain.

I never used teleporters so i would not know.

yes, you can solve your tunnel problem by using the terrain to "Set Empty" the terrain on the parts you want gone.
