Wow, looking even better now. 
Are we going to beable to have this base when it's done or are we gonna have to get a whole map with the base in it? my self I would like to have the base on its own.

you can have the base, but you will need the textures too.. : )
*CleverClothe, does it need lighting on the outside, other then the light textures?
I am going to add lights inside, just dont want to light up the outside to much.. give it that dark look.. : )

well lighting taking more time.. : )
just need to add two more rooms.. then finish lighting.. and details.. up to 2030 faces already..
here are some pics of the below ground section. its a big open area, in the middle I will place a pedastal for a flag and the two side rooms will be gen rooms.
If you use it I should warn you that when I do an object I make it to fit what I am doing. IE the vpad holder is 1/2 size. so if you try to place a vpad there it will be too big.
I merely scaled the size down to half and if you play with the heighth you will get the station on the holder.
The lighting is pretty small but gives it a more dark feeling.
If you dont like then I suppose I could make a lit one.
I just like the somewhat darker feel.
oh well.. : )
hopefully I will get this done tonight or tomorrow.. I will post a link to the textures and place the finished dif here when done..

I would suggest adding in some ambient light. Maybe "20 20 20" or "30 30 30".
