I know that WC requires that a building use only one WAD. But my building is currently textured with a single texture. And WC is coughing up and spewing UEs. Then the game runs, and my building is no-where to be seen.
What could be causing this?

click on tools, or options then deleat all wads in the textures section thingy...

It says that it can't have more than one WAD attached to my building. Then Morian spews up errors, a UE, and crashes.

So stop trying to use more than one .WAD file. 
Remember that if you remove a .WAD file, WC will not stop using until you close the program down (that is that dialog that pops up when you close your options).

I have only one texture. And I used the entity report (or whatever its called) and it says I'm only using one of my .wads.
And why isn't the building appearing in the interior preview...?

Look at the picture and notice how many WAD files are being used...
Regardless of how many textures you actually use, map2dif will choke if there is more than one WAD in that list. Even if your structure is covered entirely with the NULL texture, you'll still have problems.
Solution: remove files from the list until you have only one.
