I am not sure what card you have other than it is ATI or the method you used to reinstall the drivers, but sometimes the ATI drivers will not uninstall completely and you have to do other things to get a clean reinstall (registry stuff). Check out for good info concerning your ATI card. Chances are someone will have an answer to that .dll problem.

Here are a couple tips though that may help since this is a .dll problem:

When you install any video card driver, make sure that NO antivirus programs are running. They can keep .dll files from registering properly with Windows causing all sorts of strange problems.

You will need to reinstall the drivers again.

no, becaus it works
I make a clean Driver installation. nothing changed, then i set my settings in the CP to the lowes and all works fine
I think it´s a problem with the AA or smothing.. so
