is the name of the wad the name of the folder with the textures in it in the base/textures folder?

are you using 2+ .wads at the same time?

you can only use 1.

or maybe you just didn't put them in the right folder.like if you named you .wad like stupidtextures.wad then you would need to make a file in the /base/textures/ folder called stupidtextures and put all the textures in their. cause if their not then it will say that your missing that texture

I had that trouble once but I fixed it by using irfanview to change them to jpg's and then used wally to make them into wad format... it worked and maybe it'll work for you too.
