Thanks guys, I've been playing t2 for at least 2 years, and now that _Tex has retired I thought I'd make a few serverside maps to give back to the community that I've had fun with for all this time. The editor itself is quite easy to use, but with all the bugs it gets, I can understand why most people can't do it, I've already gotten a few inventory bugs where it comes up and says "station is disabled" but still works? Does anyone know why that is? Anyway I'll let you all know when the 1st of my 2 current map projects is finished.
What I'm also wondering, is wouldn't an ingame tribe with all the mappers be a cool idea? I'm not sure, just giving ideas.
Anyway thanks for your welcome, and bytor I hope you really find that zen egg someday.

I am not sure I have ever found a solution to that bug. You might want to try and delete the current one, replace it, save, exit T2, restart T2, and open map. That might help. and um...
HE SAID IT! THE ZEN EGG IS STILL ALIVE! I believe there is one for just locating mappers a group of ppl who like to map and just have fun. But I think the membership process is apply, and wait for Star to accept. But lately the accepting part has been slow due to applying. and I'm still pending!ugh!

Hey about that vehicle script, can u type "false" in it instead of 0?
and will it turn up with a --- in the vehicle menu like it does in classic maps???

I think its nametag on the flip flop. change it in the inspector window.

I think the "Station is not powered" bug is because of an extra trigger. Try running it through the syntax checker on the site.

The flip flop names can be annoying, just changing the name in the inspector window will sometimes cause it to say "Riavan captured /x6378 for Team Storm" or the like. Usually if you make a dynamic field set to name and call it "Objective" and also set it's original name field to "Objective" it should work. Thats been my experiance anyway.

yes. youll learn that whenever you get the slightest problem with your map, run it through the syntax checker in the tools section. saved my ars many many many times if no problems are there, then its up to your uber mapping skillz to find the prob
