Terrain Color PNG/BM8

Okay I have seen a few custom terrains. Such as what I used in two of my maps. Now I am trying to make my own custom terrains. What I get is the following.

Here is what I made in Photodraw adjusting from another terrain and testing to see how it looks.



When I try to apply it to the map I get this.



The file was put in the /textures/terrain directory.

Any ideas or thoughts?

Hrmmm I used Photodraw for that then tried Photoshop and it worked.

yup i think you also have to put your pngs in your terrain/heightfied folder. then you can import it through the editor as a .bmp.
