I've been wanting to get Sierra to either enable the release of keys again or remove the requirement so new tribals can register to play. If you are willing to help me, please contact them with a message that covers the basic:

1)remove the requirement for keys
OR
2)re-release keys out with special security to prevent individuals from getting more than one key

I'm not going to make you a neet little message to copy and paste, they'll see what we're doing and just start to ignore us. However, if enough players at least try, we may see something done. Do not give up. The Tribal community is oddly growing and we might be heard. Please try...

Im not sure I like the idea of removing keys, since then players can just keep re-creating their account after they have been banned/suspended. I'm all for reinstating keys with a security system, however.

I have tried contacting Sierra on numerous occassions on behalf of Tribes2Maps.com and the community trying to see if they would release keys to Tribes2Maps.com or through another venue for the game but so far my messages have fallen on deaf ears. However I will try again.

from what i have heard VUG is avoiding all contact or anything to do with tribes after the tribes vengeance debacle and creating a very large and unhappy player base ((after that i would avoid tribes players too))

perhaps a CD key distribution that players can sign up for allowing 1 CD key per IP/email and a removal of the auto updater ((maybe our tribes2.com site back instead of a redirect to he TV site))
