Heh, when i see/think of the word 'jailbait', it doesn't mean the same as some of you... Heh... I like the idea of the gametype though, it incorporates elements that (i believe) Death Row brought to us. Siege, but with a twist.
Yes. Team arena... but instead of going into observer when you die, teammates get put into prison. Likewise, it's possible to BREAK teammates out. The goal is to get the entire opposition in jail, which means a combo of search/destroy, defendign your jail switch, and hitting the opponent switch to release teammates. VERY FUN. =)
