Here are some tips from the maker:

1.) Getting point Charlie will get you a Jericho producing vehicle pad

2.) Extending the sensor net is critical.

3.) Destroying solar panels will disable some heavy weaponry

4.) The only repair pack on the map is near the Allies base, making it possible to crush the Axis team.

Hope this helps...

Also, it is really important to get those bases first!!!

This map has very good potential! Although I think some things could be improved. If you are attacking from the ocean, it is way to easy to fly over the barrage of turrets and come in behind the bases-defeating the purpose of the frontal assault defense. I think that tanks should've been the only selectable vehicles for the attackers, making it impossible to fly over the defenses. Or another option would be to put more turrets in the rear to destroy havocs. Another thing I think would improve this would be to double or even triple the number of beach turrets. If you want to have the real Omaha Beach effect of endless firepower, then more turrets would help. I did notice that bots got stuck at the bottom of the hills making them useless, but bots are dumb anyway. :) Other than that, this map is pretty good, it has great potential and it would probably be better if these things were changed in the future. I love the WWII era, so naturally I like this map.

The only reason I didnt give you a F is because it makes me feel mean and you probably put a lot of time into this map. This map sucks!!! Yes, it does! The bots dont work, and the attackers just get slaughtered. Sorry :(

The attackers just get slaughtered? Isn't that what happened at Omaha Beach Dr. Pepper? Guess what idiot, that's the point of this map. And bots are dumb anyway no matter what map they play on.

I didn't enjoy this map - I'm sure you spent alot of time on it, but it's just not fun. It may be an accurate recreation, but Tribes gameplay doesn't necessarily work very well in real-world locations. I don't enjoy being destroyed as soon as I start (as an attacker, that is).

I find this map well made and for the bots comment big deal they never work anyways! (well kind of) I find this map enjoyable and basically I agree it would have made a great siege map. think about it and tell me when you want to do it. I'll test it.
just email me.

Excellent map.....It does a good job of representing D-Day...as far as you can using tribes that is. However I think this map would have made a better Siege map then C&H
