Capture the Flag Desert Clear Bots Night
Another map with bots. Thought it might be to big cause the .NAV file is over 7mb. But the .vl2 is under 4 so that's cool. Bots are damn good on this map. Flag is in the open but REALY well defended. Bumped up the tanks to 10 and scout flyers to 8. Havocs are 4. Large map but should be alot of fun. HAVE FUN! One day I will get that damn bird!

This is my first arena map, and it can be faught in there air on the ground. Each base (Ground & Air) have inventories, and V-pad.
I have had this map on my server for a while and people have seemed to like it. Boundaries go out for for good dogfights, and duels on ground.

This map was created with aerial combat specifically in mind, specifically Bones mod. Used Dust to Dust terrain, added some fun areas to dogfight, (Pillars of Creation, Water Arches, Snake's Hole). Bases are kept simple to increase FPS. Meduim-small sized map keeps action flowing.
The map was named after a line in "The Charge of the Light Brigade", by Alfred, Lord Tennyson. The design was inspired mostly by DOX's "Canyon Crusade" from Tribes 1.
Like "Disco Inferno", this map was originally one of the sample-maps from the BONES Mod, and thus will not operate precisely the same way without the mod. Namely, the base turret will start without a barrel, and the MPBs will not be able to redeploy in their spawn locations (except at the beginning) due to being too close to the flagbase.
This is a close-range battle, mostly on foot, in a large deep valley.
600 points to win,Destroy the FF Generator to obtain flag, Vehicle-stations available. The flags are quite far away from eachother, ~1,2km.
This is the third Multiteam arena Map I've put together. The first one unforunately never made it on this site.
The map is based on a differen't terrain section of Desert Fumes, and the gameplay is entirely differen't. Instead of taking the usual approach of 4 teams, each in the corner, where as they all meet in the center-- this map has staggered team sites, 2 on each side, down a narrow corider.
Diamond Sword and Blood Eagle lifetime enemies battle it out in this relinquished land.
Destroy the solar panels to knock out the enemy base and steal the flag. Inventories are somewhat secure inside a shelter. Great terrain for the Wildcat Gravcycles.
