The two clans are left in the middle of the desert and there is only one waterhole left there. They duke it out for this waterhole. The bases are real close in here and there is more than one way into ones base and the power is out side to power these bases.

Arena Desert Clear

Alright, I put this map together in a couple of days after reading a request for it in another map review.

This is an attempt to recreate the ancient roman/greek coliseum's. The true fighting area is a circular arena. On the outside, done more so for eyecandy, there are stadium seats as well as columns in the background.

The map starts, you have a 15 second grace period. After the 15 seconds are up the gates open up and you have 15 seconds to leave. Once the gates close you cannot reach the inventory again.

This is my attempt at recreating one of my favorite Tribes maps into a Tribes 2 map. It is not meant to be an exact duplicate of the original, your old ski routes from T1 probably wont work, but you can find many new ones. The flags are close together so it provides some fast and furious action.

This map is scripted so that you cannot change turret barrels on base turrets, and the sentry turrets do a little bit less damage than usual. This was done to recreate the same kind of gameplay that was found in Tribes 1. An unscripted version is also available in the vl2 file.

Flags are seperated by 1000 meters of water, and placed near their bases in waist deep water on 2 considerably large islands.
The water has been tweaked to maximize mobility.
Each base has 1 turret and 1 large pulse sensor. The bases are multiple small structures.
Generators are inside a tower protected by a forcefield which is powered by a forcfield atop it. My record gravcycle speed here is 820kph [not a typo. 820kph.] Thanks to [smile] and friends for testing help.

The entire mission is covered in sea water, battle will take place on and under the water. Generators are located under the water exposed and when destroyed, all force fields lose power.

Capture the Flag Desert Clear

The Battle takes place on the same planet as Desert Ocean, about 60 miles to the south. The water left over from the flood has settled and is much shallower now. The islands in the sky that are seen often on this planet have been destroyed to prevent one sided spamming. A full selection of vehicles is available and the bases are about 1200 meters apart. There are tunnels that run 400 meters away from each base that can provide a good getaway. I tried to make this map very visually appealing and it should prove to have some good gameplay too. Capture the Flag Desert Clear Bots

A small fast and furious CTF map. Bases are about 700 meters away from eachother. The only inventory stations are in a capturable objective between the two bases. Considerable team work is needed to secure the objective. Capturing the objective also allows you to spawn near it. The bots are especially aggresive on this map so beware. This is my first official map, but don't let that fool you. It's been extensively play tested with both bots and live opponents. More maps to come.

Siege Desert Clear

My first map to make it on Tribes2maps.com wohoooooooo. Anyways this map is a desert based map with close bases. The attackers start with a small tower and vech. station, and a lovely statue in the middle :P. The defenders have two other towers that are maybe 300km from the attackers base and about 500km apart. These towers hold the gens to The Wall. The Wall is a long laser fence with a deadly set of turrets to stop any normal scout, assult, and defenatly jugg.
