Capture the Flag Lush Raining

Lush world dominated by stagnant water. Bases consist of power depots used to extract paower from the once raging waters. An Outpost spans the distance between the bases, giving the owning team access to ground vehicles. No MPB as the Outpost should suffice and there is to much water for successful deployment.

For those of you who downloaded this earlier. I have made a change with the outpost so that you cannot spawn as Starwolf at the first of the match.
