Our first attempt at a map so we modded a map I never liked. We added 4 inv stations per team a second base and ff and power gens

Well... I must definetly say that its modded up. The special feature of the original dust to dust was the lack of invos... I would have preferred if the few energy packs could be boosted, and the defense easier to crack. However, I have yet to see how it plays... I'll try it out when I get a chance!

Yeah, those FFs look like team only... If they are then all the D has to do is defend the gens and watch the caps fail and fail... I dunno, with mods that allow spawn favs, DtD can be very fun, but I definately am not sure about this one... But as previously mentioned I haven't tested it out either, so you never know, it may turn out that it is fun!

Decent idea. However, it spoiled the entire purpose to Dust to Dust, which is that it purposely had no inventory stations or other base equipment for the purpose of testing the skill of the players with just basic equipment, which I always enjoyed.

As a mapper who develops maps that will be on public servers, you have to keep in mind that teamwork DOES NOT EXIST. Coordination doesn't work, and virtually no one truly works together. You have to design a map in mind so that two people can penetrate a defense and get the objective.
