Bounty Capture and Hold Capture the Flag Other Clear Bots Client Side Custom Textures Custom Shapes Night

Oh yeah, just another client side map by EEPROM that will never get played. It features two new interiors, a huge Beam Gun Base and some tall defense towers. Also, I improved the looks and insides of the big drop ship interior I made for Rig Attack. You will also find in the Mega Gun base control room some new screen textures.

The premise of this map is simple; some crazy tribe went and built a huge Beam gun on the moon of Oxen that orbits a large planet called Sultan. This gun can vaporize a whole city in seconds. The enemy tribes have come to take control of the Mega Gun base. One thing I would like to point out, there is a screen in the Mega Gun control room located deep inside the Mega Gun Base that will show the status of each defense tower (online or power down), simple but effective.

This map was made for CTF, CnH and Bounty mission types. There is also BOT support, not great BOT support but I did the best I could in that area. At least they fight over the Mega Gun base control switch. You may need to kill a few of your BOT team mates from time to time cause they love getting stuck in corners of my interiors. Oh well, that’s just crappy modeling on my part I guess.

Seeing that moon silo area, with the huge, scale of everything in there, it was amazing. I've never been in so much aww since seeing Fountains of Paradise for the first time, (keep in mind the only mapper I knew about at the time was Necrobones). This is truely a great map, and now EEPROM can be hailed the all mighty mapper of us all, there is not a single map that you have made that I don't like. Great job EEPROM, you make the mappers world go round.

Not ever being played? WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT MAN?! Your custom maps are like the T2 Nirvana for most people! I'd be testing it out right now if I weren't having so many problems with the new patch!

This is unbelievable EEP. I have just about lost all interest in mapping because every week or so you come out with the sweetest map ive ever seen. Not that that's a bad thing, and I've been busy too with school and stuff but I simply couldnt compare with any of your work, even if i had time! Dunno what else to say man... Nice job - that thing is so damn BIG!!!

Dear me, this could be from out of a Bond movie! The Earth in the sky looks absolutely stunning, as does the laser. Never play, bro, it's almost all I play =D

berk, 500mhz would lag in most any maps. You should judge this map like that just cause your crappy system dosent play it well

sorry uranium, my grade is based on other things besides my poor computer : )
I said I like the map its great, But I dont throw A+'s out like candy ok?
there were some small things I saw.. A B+ isnt bad tho is it?

New structures, beams of energy, ability to almost fly thru the terrain, etc. Great map. But once the AI bots get a flag, they have difficulty getting into the home base flag. It appears they do not know where is the entrance!!
I've an AMD XP1900 proc on an Asus A7VC mobo, GeForce4 Ti4200, DirectX 8.1b, 512MBDDR SDRAM and detonator 29.42 and the beams of flowing energy looked great. I disabled vertical sync, no anti-aliasing but with 8x anisotropy turned on. Incredible scenery.

Great work on the map! Load time is a wait, but at least the lighting wasn't as bad. Good texturing, gameplay is fun, the sky is killer.
Just that load time and laggness with your maps. And I have a nice comp. 256DDR, GF2 MX 1.0gig...Guess some will have probs. But your maps are worth it! Keep it up!

Perilous TEAMKILLED Sorrow with a grenade! Perilous happily chews Nova-9 into pieces with his chaingun. Perilous mortars himself all over the map.... What say the bots are at work? :p Love the map.. great work as usual!

Definately A+ material.
the ships are AMAZING! the Mega gun Base is also, good lord the detail in this map makes it worth the download alone, the Bot AI is good too, they do seem to get a little stupid around the blue forcewindows, thinking they can fly through sometimes, but thats all, also the lower right Inv station nearby the Ground vehicle station wont register anyone's presence on it, but it isnt a big deal because theres anouther Inv station just a few feet away.
I found myself changing around the turret barrels quite a bit , to get the right combination for the situation.
Anyway, Just a few teeny tiny things I would have enjoyed seeing , (and would enjoy seeing in a return to Deathmoon) perhaps a (destroyable)switch or something to fire Lightning from those huge wing cannons (or some other deadly blast), and Perhaps some crackling electricity or energy flowing around the Mega Gun's dish (of course this is just a sort of wish list) But I would LOVE to see a Return to Deathmoon.

Now this is a cool map! Everything seems to be exactly where it's ment to be, and anrn't all that bad either. The cannon base, the control room and the cannon itself are excelently made. But it does have a few faults. The inventory station on the left of the DS ground vehicle bay doesn't even register, and the map seriously slows down every computer i've seen it run on. But, other then that an excelent map.
