Team Gauntlet Pack by DSEZKiller on January 20, 2003

Other Other Clear

This map pack is made of my Arena maps converted into Team Gauntlet. What is Team Gauntlet you ask? Team Gauntlet is a mod for tribes 2 that brings together arena and duel. The concept behind it is simple: create something that tests individual skills of each player on a team, while maintaining the setting of teamwork. While this idea was invented in Tribes 1 Duel Tournament. Gauntlet improves upon it to the point where it is nearly impossible to compare the two. A wide variety of features have been added to speed up gameplay, reward skilled players, and push llamas. This is the only true mod to determine individual as well as team skill. Gauntlet matches are structured in the following way:
-Players separate into 2 teams
-1 player from each team will spawn in the arena
-The player will battle until one is victorious
-The winning player will receive some health and ammo and will fight another opponent
-The losing player will be removed from the arena and mark as out for the rest of the round as well as be replaced by a teammate
-Once all members of a team have been defeated, the winning team will be awarded a point
-After accumulating a set amount of points a team wins
Screenshots, Downloads, forums, team and the story behind Team Gauntlet can be found at http://mods.tribalwar.com/arena/gauntlet/
Thanks to everyone who beta tested and everyone involve in Team Gauntlet. Peace Out

dude you should really slow down on your maps. You have submited like 5 in 2 weeks you should not just make as many maps as you can. Sure you may work on some a little bit more then others but you should work hard on all of them. Not saying that they suck but it seems like your not putting much effort into them at the rate your sending them.

all the maps i have released in the last 2 weeks have sat on my comp for a few months and have got alot of beta testing.I have had some of these maps for 2 or 3 months and im clearing out my deask top so im send in maps as i find em. I have about 32 SLDM maps i never released and dont plan to release them here bacause it would take up to much space. I have learned from the past you must spend time on something you want to be great. I also think you should check your facts before you say stuff in peoples map credits that could damage their map in anyway

Nobody know that, you need to say HEY, these are getting dust on them, and are ready to be out to the pub.
I think your maps are done well. I thought you were going to make a TRON Rabbit2 map? I made some Recos with the help of Berk, since my WC would not build them to the game, butthey could make a great goal, if you still want to. I made new terrain that is better for the eyes and smoother for land itself. Anyway, Keep up the good work. Stay focused!

I have fallen into my darker side.
