Hello all! This is my first map
useing the new editor from the beta patch that was just released. Basic CTF map, straight and to the point. Flags are in the open. Bases have good defence but it will be easy to take down with a little help. The bases and towers are taken from the map TRIDENT, from the Dynamix final map pack...JUST incase someone out there does not know about them yet, =).
Bases are about 1000 clicks away
from one another. Vehicles are included but lowered do to the heavy fog.

This map is a total overhaul of Sanctuary created for faster and more competitive play.

Changes:

-The fps eating fortress of old is now gone, and has been replaced with a tower and some ruined walls.

-The flag is now placed in a basin in the open.

-One inventory station has been placed at the vehicle pad, and three more at the tower.

-Plasma turret was placed on top of a ruin with a good view of the area.

ok...i made this map while i was comeing down off of whatever it was that i did at OBC (a concert in las vegas). lol well its really freagin creative :P

the bases and everything are set up in a small valley, large valley, whatever. theres a marker in the map center...and the Forsaken One. the Forsaken One is the creative thing that i made usind all original t2 structures. its really cool.

The evil inside grows every day, too tribes battel for it, one tribes fights for it to use for evil and the other fights for it to destroy it for ever. An old bioderm Shrine has being abandoned for years and years. But now the evil force is growing and is ready to burst out in evil and horror, will you use its power for evil or destroy it for all eternity.

Each team has a flag tower that is guarded by an elf turret. Each team has a tower that is powered by its self so if the enemy destroys the main generator there still a back up generator to power the tower only.

On the planet Neytha it always rains but due to the pouplation growth the polution has skyrocketed and now the only thing left on this miserable planet is acid, acid that fell from the sky and killed millions, but now with the tech your battle suits have anti-acid armor but they can only take up to so much

Map is very small with 2 bases facing over a acid river, 500 to win

Well summer break is finally here and i am able to start mapping again...

This is my first map with many new things. Including new buildings and new textures, made by me.

Each team has two two main buildings. The first building contains two inventorys and the flag is on top of it. The second is a vehicle bunker that contains the generators that power everything and a vehicle pad that contains all the vehicles. To protect your base you get one missile turret and two medium sensors.

- vehicle map designed for the base++ ladder
- fast skiing
- moderately large, vehicle use is worthwhile, but not a neccessity
- high visibility with high fps
- balanced, even sides, competitive.
- custom buildings, not vulnerable to mortar spam
- designed to emphasize skill, not luck

Terrain and Layout -
- Bases are 1300 meters apart, flags are 1000 meters apart. A heavy with epack can ski base to base in about 45 seconds (base++) over multiple routes. The terrain is mirrored in such a way that if you learn a route for the Storm side, it will be identical on the Inferno side.

Well, after being laid off my job a few weeks ago I have found some free time to start mapping and prefabing again. So, here is my first T2 map with my own custom interiors. Don’t let the pics on this page fool you, the main base itself just might be the largest interior built for Tribes 2 yet, maybe. Let me start out be telling you all a little about each interior.

This map is a fairly small map with terrain that I tried to make as identical as possible on both sides. The bases are seperated by 2 small valleys and a hill mid way. In each valley is a small amount of water and some other hills. Each base is designed to be rapable fairly easy but at the same time make it fairly easy to defend, you would have to look at the base in detail to see what I mean. The inventory stations outside of the base are in the open and easily destroyed, be warned if they go..

Siege Lush Clear Client Side

The Rebels have a small base on the ground, with a vehicle pad, base turret and two inventory stations. With this they must retake Bespin Station which was taken over by the Empire. What they don't know is that 10 anti-air turrets await them in the skies, and the hidden switch generator on the ground.
